I attached the alternate air intake door onto the air inlet ducting. I positioned the flange onto the flat portion of the intake, then cut a hole in the ducting. I drilled and clecoed the flange to the duct and installed a nut plate where instructed. I then made up a mixture of resin and fibreglass flox and fillet the gaps under the flange and let dry.
