I cut .032 aluminum for the access panels. I trimmed the panels to allow 1/16" around the edges and then drilled, deburred and dimpled for the attachment screws. I drilled the flanges for the plate nuts. I ran out of recessed nut plates (to accept dimpled skin) so ordered from Vans and will finish this when the order is received.
