The final step is to reinstall the fuel tank access plates, using proseal and screwing in place. Ahen the prosealant is dry I tested the seal by pumping air into the tanks and using a balloon attached to the fuel input fitting. The balloon stayed inflated for two days, showing that the tank is sealed. The service bulletin is now complied with.
