I continued working on the positioning of the vacuum lines from the regulator and filter to the instruments. My plan was to build a mount for the altitude encoder that would allow more room behind the instruments to prevent hose interference with the sub panel. After I made and installed the new mount and did a trial run of the vacuum lines, I dediced against this plan. My instrument panel is removable in three sections and I wanted enough slack in the vacuum hoses to allow the panel section to be removed far enough to allow me to reach the hose connections on the back of the instruments. I will have to find another location for the encoder.
