The good news is that it looks like a Horizontal Stabilizer, the bad news is I have to take it completely apart to deburr, dimple, countersink, prime, pray, and whatever else the masochists at Van's order me to do. My daughter looked at me like I was crazy when I told her we had to take it all apart and then put it back together again. I agree with her, but that is what it takes. The last photo shows my drilling screw-up in the stringer web piece. I am going to call Van's tomorrow and order a new one. It should only be a few bucks.
