Today the fabricated parts that I had been waiting for finally came in so Ellen and I riveted the forward spar together along with the attachment brackets. We had to drill out a couple of rivets. The pneumatic squeezer worked pretty good once I set it up properly. We had to rivet the attachment brackets (L shaped piece in the photos) the old fashioned way and Ellen did a great job holding the bucking bar. The first two photos show the general area, but it is upside down. The third photo is a close up of one of the attachment brackets showing the smile I put on the middle rivet because I wasn't paying attention and am truly an amateur.
