Brief Description: 1.- Cut lightening holes on center spar webs
On our first hole we used a fly cutter and decided to cut it by hand (based on many recommendations from other builders). I took turns with my son Christopher. It took a good 20 minutes going round and round and round. Ten minutes into this process I realized that the fly cutter's allen screw had come lose and I now had 2 tracks. Lucky for us the cutting edge had moved inside so no damage done. We continued going round and round (on the right track now) until finally we broke through.
