Brief Description: 2.- Cut lightening holes on center spar webs
On the second spar I found this bran new HC1 adjustable hole cutter by MALCO that I had gotten a few months back at Harbor Freight (and obviously forgotten about). Since I had never used this tool before I decided to test it by cutting some scrap 0.016 material. It cut the hole like butter !!! The $45 spent on this tool was definitely worth it. We were done in less than a minute ! I wish I had remembered that I had this baby before I started cutting the first lightening hole.
