Began work on engine baffling. Concept is to get as much done as possible without the engine mounted to allow easier access to the engine. First rough clamped components together to get a feel for the parts and components. Next setup the components for mounting the oil cooler to the left rear of the baffling. Drilled out all the mounting holes for the oil cooler, then disassembled, buffed and deburred all components. Cut the air inlet for the oil cooler through the rear baffle and cleaned up hole. Manufactured support angles for oil cooler and riveted all components together and test fit onto engine. Setup right rear baffling components. Adjusted parts to fit. Manufactured support angle and drilled to baffle. Drilled out support plates for riveting.
