Worked on right rear baffle corner. Drilled out all rivet holes. Took apart, deburred, and cleaned up all parts. Dimpled where necessary and riveted support plates in place. Remounted parts and riveted corner together as well as stiffener.Also worked on left rear baffle corner. Decided to modify baffling to route baffle straight across (instead of a 'jog' for the oil cooler). Cut pattern for replacement baffle Part 6. Also cut down original baffle Part 6 and rebent to allow attaching to new replacement baffle Part 6. Cut pattern for an extension part to fit above oil cooler to allow the straight across baffle. Cut new parts and fit together. Added an angle support to oil cooler back for support of new straight piece. Now need to connect all parts together.
