Cleaned up and primed Wheel Fairing mounts. Fit right brake mounting flange with its allen screw. Mounted right tire assembly and installed wheel nut. Marked location of cotter pin, removed tire assembly and drilled out cotter pin hole. Assembled both wheel components onto main gear legs and installed calipers and tightened to required 90 in-pounds of torgue. Ready to safety.Collected components for nosewheel. Mounted nosewheel tire and torgued wheel bolts. Inflated and deflated tire several times to seat innertube. Set pressure to 30 pounds to make sure no leaks.Received mock-up of EFIS/EMS so we could test fit. First adjusted panel hole size for EFIS/EMS and drilled mounting holes. Then mounted EFIS/EMS to panel and tried to fit panel into place. Found interference. First made small cutout on edge panel for back of EFIS/EMS. Then found needed to further adjust the pilot side rib to allow space for the EFIS/EMS. Manufactured adjustment components and deburred and primed ready to install.
