Brief Description:  Prepare Left Wing Ribs and Cleco to Spars

After we finished the wing jig in the morning, we went to work on the ribs we started last week. First up was to construct a template to drill a 3/4" hole in the same place in each rib to run the electrical conduit through. We used a scrap of lumber left from the wing shipping kit and marked the hole there and used it - it worked great, just flipped it over for the left and right ribs. We drilled a small guide hole first and then used a unibit to drill the hole all the way out. After smoothing all of those holes we then fluted all the ribs to get them ready for installation. Finally we cleco'd them all in place and hung the start of the left wing on the completed wing jig. Will be taking the next couple days off to go for a bike ride with Anton before he has to return to Fort Bragg.
