Finally back in the garage. Began by final drilling the left wing ribs to the main and rear spars, then disassembled and deburred all the holes. Set those 14 ribs aside and went to work on the right wting. After sorting out which ribs went where and marking them from R1 to R14, I then drilled holes for the electrical conduit, then I smoothed the flange edges and lightening holes with my die grinder. Next order of business was fluting each of the right wing ribs to get them straight. Then I cleco'd the right ribs to the main and rear spar. Before ending the day, I final drilled #30 the ribs to the spars. Then I disassembled and got about half of them deburred before it just got too hot to work in the garage.
