Cut instrument panel for Cuz engine gauge insert ordered both 6 and 8 hole panels. Used the 6 hole Cuz panel, no room for 8 hole. Cut hole in panel to mount engine gauge insert. Cut mounting hole in panel for power panel and remote information panel. Drilled holes for pitot 14 amp breaker fuse pitot heat power switch, pitot heat pilot light. Drill hole for 40 amp breaker switch for alternator charge circut and also drill hole to mount CHT cylinder select switch. Cut holes to mount Icom radio and transponder and Avmap. Build a reinforcement bracket for radio, transponder and Avmap. Out of a old computer panel from work I cut the shape of the left side of the avionics panel to mount the gauges on and vibration free panel. Once panel was cut and squared planed for location of avionic gauges and cut holes for the altimeter, Attitude, and VSI avionic gauges. Long process, cut holes with fly cutter and filled to fit. Drilled mounting holes with template tool from AirCraft Spruce work well.
