Brief Description:  instrument panel continue

I decide to mount the avionics on vibration mounts. Which I bought for 6 bucks a piece at Aircraft Spruce. 14 mounts installed on the panel should hold the weight of the avionics. I cut and trimmed the centre brackets to allow the back of the gauges to pass by. I cut and trimmed the instrument panel to allow the avionic gauges to pass through and not touch the panel only the mounting outer instrument panel with the mounts. I slowly made clearence by marking, cutting reassemble and disassemble untill all instruments where clear of contact of the main panel. This took alot longer than I expected, but well worth the effort the panel is looking quit good if I say so myself. Sitting on the chair before the instrument panel is giving me a real feel what flying this machine will be like. I am glad I took a break from the wing assembly this panel has given me even more instentive to be a dedicated builder. I also added 4 lights on the avionic panel which I plan to wire to worn of low oil pressure , high oil temp, left fuel tank low fuel warning and right fuel tank low fuel worning for the fuel gaurding system, the reset button will be mounted on the side of these lights. I also purchased a collision avodince instrument that I mounted in the dash beside the lights on the right side bottom. On the far left of the panel I mount the ignition switch, push button to activate the solinoid for the fuel choke system for cold starting. I mount the ignition A _ B double pole switch for the fuel pumps and ignition systems. A side and B side reduntant systems. On the right side I mounted a display panel that monitors the electrical xp bus electrical circuit protectors and circuits and has a reostat for the instrument panel lighting. This panel also has an amp bar on it that will tell operator if there is overcharge or under charging of alternator. A panel light will indicate the circuit that has a problem.
I also mounted an air fuel mixture gauge just above ignition switch on left side.
