Brief Description: Drill the index holes Vertical fin spar

So the manual says 1/4" above the flare, but the flare is not the same on both sides, so we took the higher of both for both. Then I rechecked the vertical alignment of the fin - the top is way off to the left. We calld it a day and will solve this one next time
