Brief Description: Rudder skin prep and understructure
Had a bit of a break with a last minute clutch change on my car, took the best part of two days to fix the car and a few other items that were outstanding. Unfortunately not much work done.
Spent the best part of today working on the Rudder, jobs completed include: Match drill skins to stiffeners Deburr stiffener holes, and edge prep of skin Dimple skin and stiffeners
Started work on Rudder skeleton, edge prepped the spar, reinforcement plates and begun to make the 716 and 717 shim/pieces.
The primer should show up tomorrow, which means I can work on the horizontal stab and finish that one off, as well as prime the inside of the rudder and stiffeners, then back rivet. So should be a good few days coming up!
