I did the last hole on the front spar, and no edge issues! Very happy to be over that hurdle and now I can move on priming and assembling the horizontal stab.
I also drilled the front spars to the skin, disassembled and deburred all parts, dimpled where required and match drilled all holes on the front spar. I then disassembled and all components. Just need to debur and dimple right skin and then I’ll be ready to prime all items.
