Brief Description: Left HS - Almost Done!

Spent today prepping the left hand horizontal stab – take three!
I managed to get a lot of the fiddly jobs completed today:
Deburred rear HS spar reinforcements (603-PP’s)
Deburred and dimpled right hand spar (front and back)
Deburred and dimpled right HS ribs
Prepared new left front spar, match drilled holes, cut reliefs, trimmed as per the plans.
Prepared new inboard rib on left hand side, deburred, edge finished, match drilled and dimpled to fit skins.
Drilled three out of the four new holes for which sandwich the inboard ribs, spar, spar doubler and angles. I just have the hard one to go.
All going well so far, just need to match drill the front spar on the left side, take apart, deburr and dimple. Just about ready for a lot of surface priming!
