Brief Description: Front HS Spar - Take 3!

Very happy that the replacement pieces for the front horizontal stab came early on Friday the 21st, otherwise I would have been waiting until the 27th/28th for the pieces to arrive.
With all the items at hand, I started to refit the new components and trim as per the plans, I took a large amount of time making sure everything lines up well, paying close attention to edge distances, measuring and marking three times, drilling once.
Overall, I am very happy with the progress, Items completed today include.
Match drilled spars the new front spar,
Match drilled spars to doubler
Trimmed angle as per plans (used the milling machine because I could)
Bent angle to 6 degrees
Deburred right rear hs spar and dimpled
Deburred right front hs spar and dimpled.
Tomorrow I will work on the left front spar and ribs, correcting all there areas from before and drilling that one last hole carefully!
