I took the wheel apart and had the valve stem and the red mark on the tire lined up. I reassembled the rim with the nuts on the side of the stem so when I add air I will be inspecting the nuts at the same time. I then decided to polish the fork. There is a lot of sanding involved with this more then I thought there would be. I used Wicked metal polish and buffing tools from a good friend of mine Manfred Bialon. I was very happy after 3 applications.
