-Centered and leveled the horizontal stab. Had to put a small shim under the left F-810 spacer per the plans (front spar) to get it laterally level. -After measuring and re-measuring about 47 times, I match drilled the four holes in the stab attach bars through the rear spar of the stab. -Centered the front spar of the stab by measuring the distance from each rear outboard corner of the stab to a corresponding point on the forward fuselage. Once those measurements were equal, I clamped it down.
