-Marked and pounded on the left upper longeron until it measured to specs. And it fits pretty good! Lot's of little lessons learned...the right one should go considerably quicker...but not until tomorrow...

Removed the vise from the tool bench and mounted on the grinder stand...gives alot of maneuvering room

Left upper longeron in place. Fits like a glove!
