Brief Description: Adding Tailcone to Fwd Fuselage #1
-Deburred the side skins....big job -Cleko'd the mid and lower longerons to the side skins -Uncleco'd the right side of F807 in preparation for adding F824R aft side skin. -Cleco'd the Right and left side skins into place -Cleco'd F808 bulkhead to the F824 side skins and baggage ribs. -Cleco'd F809 and F810 into the fuselage -Final drilled the F808 to the F818 baggage ribs. -Cleco'd F828 aft bottom skin section and F811 and F812 bulkheads together...huge pain...that thing's tight fit! -The large lower skin is in the storage trailer, and I don't have access to it until after the weekend...i hope it installs easier than the F828 skin!
Time to tackle the upper longeron bending...
Clekoing the F807 bulkhead and baggage ribs to the mid fuse.
There's a big fuselage in my garage!
Getting that F-828 aft lower skin on was a real chore
