Brief Description: Left Wing #16 - pushrods...messing with tank
Finished marking, drilling (thank goodness for drill press), and deburring all the holes. Primed the inside of the pushrod tubes and rod ends. After that dried, I inserted the rod ends and pop-riveted them in place. Now I just need to clean up the outside of them and prime.
Went to Lowe's and bought a 2" rubber test plug to put in the filler neck. In reading the online threads, it seems the gas cap is tough to completely seal. So I replaced the cap with this plug and pumped it back up. Keeping fingers crossed.....
