Brief Description: Final Drill the main ribs to spars
Today, I will assemble the main ribs to main and rear spars. Once assembled wihich is quick work, I will final drill all the cleco to rib addachment holes to #30. Once completed, I will againd disassemble the wing skeleton and debur all the final drilling. I will be using #30 reamer for the final drilling. the only exception is in a couple of the inboard ribs that must have 2 holes drilled befor the reamer can be used. I like the use of the reamer very much. The holes remain round and very little burring occurs.
