Brief Description:  Rivet main ribs to rear and main spar left wing

I use a pnumatic squeezer with a longeron yoike to squeeze the rivets in the rear spar. I am able to make quick work of the rear spar with the squeezer. The main spar flange does not allow the use of the sqeezer and I must use the gun and bucking bar. This work also goes well. I have only one rivet to remove and replace. The bad rivet resulted form my placeing too much pressure on the bucking bar. The pressure pushed the rivet partially out of the hole at the instant the gun struck. The rivet removal tool with a #40 bit installed fit nicely on the partially expanded shop head and made fast work of a perfectly centeredhole in the shop head. the rib wouldnt allow the drill on the manufactured head. I finished the rivet removal with a number 30 bit queded by the 40 pilot hole. A small pin punch finished the removal job. A little more attention to the bucking bar use and the new rivet was in place.
