There was not enough space inside of the aileron or the trim tab to accept to hinge, so the inside needed to be cleaned out. Using a jig I made for the table saw and a zip bit in the dremmel, I cleaned out the inside to accomodate the hinge. Once done, I bonded in the hinge and the trim tab horn using shims and waxed paper as spacers.
