Referring to the elevator trim tab section in the builder's manual, I fabricated the aileron trim tab horn from a piece of aluminum L bracket, cut the slot for the horn, and cleaned out the inside of the trim tab to accept the horn's baseplate.
The aluminum L bracket will become the trim tab horn.
