Nick sent me a supplement with aileron trim tab drawings. The drawings show a 7" trim tab. Glad I opened the servo box, because it had a 6" hinge inside of it. No big deal. Nick says 6" is big enough. The tab should be located on the inboard side of the aileron so that the wire can enter the wing at the aileron/flap bracket. The inspection panel is located near this bracket and will provide access to chase the servo wires.
I decided to put my tab on the right aileron, so, next step, cut out the tab.
Not much room to clean up crooked lines, so cut straight.
