Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer - 3

Took lots of block sanding to get the back edge of the HS straight. This is important b/c the elevator will ride in this channel. I used a wooden dowel the length of the width of the VS to space the leading edge while sanding. Then I bolted the spars together.

Still a bit to go. This needs to be straight.
