Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer - 2

Drilled AOI holes into the hard points of the HS. Installed seat belt cables A bit of sanding on the leading edges of the wings and HS and used a chisel to cut off epoxy globs on tail and fuse. Measured HS/VS again. Still within 1/16".
