Cut out inspection hole inside of the recessed area on the Horizontal Tail. Leave a flange to secure the cover. Once the inspection hole was complete, Dave and I test fit the HS by fitting the spars into the Vertical Stabilizer. We had to expand the spar holes just a bit. That's no big deal. Everything eventually lined up and we are good to go.
Took first measurement to be sure it was square. Only 1/16" off when measuring from the corners of the HS to the top of the VS. Sweet!!
