Pretty straight forward. Follow the manual. Cut out the holes, match drill for the brackets and you're done. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures and have already attached the HS permanently to the tail.
The white Horizontal Stab bracket inside the tail. The bolt sticking out goes through the hs spar.
