Floxed ELT antenna base to empanage floor and layed a couple of strips opf fiberglass tape over the feet of the bracket for good measure. It's tight back there, so I attached the coax cable to the antenna and the antenna to the base before mounting. To keep the coax from sticking to the flox or epoxied tape, I wrapped it in waxed paper. Later, I was able to remove the cable, but like I said, it's tight back there.
