Once the left flap and aileron were aligned I attached the tip with clecos. I wasn't happy with the gap between the tip and aileron, so I moved the aileron closer by fabricating and installing an aluminum shim in the inboard aileron hinge. This opened up the gap between the flap and aileron, so I extended the flap by adding to the outboard end.
