Brief Description: Right Wing Ribs & Aileron Brackets
|

Prepped and primed Right Flap Hinge Ribs, Right Torque Tube Support, and Left Aileron Bracket Assemblies. Riveted Right Flap Hinge Ribs, Torque Tube Support, and Left Aileron Brackets as per directions. Replacement W-1011-L arrived today via FedEx. Fluted, straightened, and edge deburred all remaining Right Wing Ribs. Drilled 3/4" conduit hole in all Right Wing Ribs except the outboard most rib. Drilled 5/8" wiring pass through hole in Right Main Spar and installed SB625-7 snap bushing. Clecoed Right Wing Ribs onto Main Spar and match drilled #12, #30, and #40 holes as instructed. Edge deburred Right Aileron Brackets. Clecoed Right Aileron Brackets together, match drilled and countersank #30 holes as directed. Disassembled and deburred holes on Right Aileron Bracket Assemblies.
