Clecoed E-1002 Front Spar assembly to E-1008 Ribs and E-1001 Skins. Riveted Front Spar to Ribs with LP4-3's as directed. Riveted E-1001 Skins to Front Spar as per instructions. Riveted aft flange of E-905 Root Rib to Rear Spar. Riveted E-921 Elevator Gusset to Root Rib with LP4-3's as per Left Elevator Assembly. Riveted E-1001's to E-905 and E-1002. Riveted Tip Rib Assembly to Right Elevator Assemby. Riveted Top and Bottom E-1001's to Tip Rib and E-1002 Front Spar as per instructions. Attached Right Counterweights as per directions
