Riveted E-1007 Rear Spar to E-1001B Bottom Elevator Skin. Clecoed E-1008 Rib Halves together and riveted E-1001A Top Elevator Skin to E-1007 Rear Spar as directed. Riveted E-1008 Rib Halves together using LP4-3 rivets.
