Brief Description: Aileron Cable, Teleflex & Wire Grommets R. Wing
1. Installed the aileron cable for the right wing. Wired the cable to the aileron bellcrank with 0.041" safety wire. I had to remove my first wiring job because I nicked the wire and did not want to leave this stressed wire in place. Second try came out good.
2. Installed the aileron cable giide on top of the flap bellcrank and wired the flap teleflex to the bellcrank. It looks good and cables do not rub anywhere.
3. Drilled a 5/8" hole in ribs #3 thru #11 for wire passage. Deburred each hole then instaaalled all 9 grommete. They look good, all in line.
