1. Fluted the left wing ribs straight. Had a lot of problems with the ribs twisting as I straightened them. I got them pretty close but not perfect. This is certaintly an art! 2. Deburred the edges and holes in the flap and aileron hinge arms. 3. Drilled the hinge arms out to 5/16" to accept bronze bushings. Pressed in the bushings for the left wing. 4. Clecoed the aileron and flap hinge arms to the appropriate ribs on the left wing.
