Brief Description: Laid out Left Wing Spar and Ribs. Began Fluting R
1. Finished assembling the Truss attach point on right wing truss. 2. Purchased two sheets of 4' * 8' * 3/4" MDF and put it on top of my bench. It is very flat 49" wide and 13' long. I had a 33" * 12' long table top and it was just too narrow to hold the wing during assembly. 3. Laid out the left forward spar and wing ribs. 4. Began straightning the wing spar. I was able to get two of them straightened but this is a real art. I stopped several times to watch another "fluting" video. I struggled.
