One of the other PITA things I had to do was get these angle pieces bent. After getting the first set of 4 done I started making adjustments to make the angle as it is in the plan. I had it turned the wrong way so I beveled the wrong piece, I beveled part 03 with the bevel of part 02. I had to remake one angle and I deliberated for a moment on ordering both of these pieces from Sonex to avoid the hassle, but since I'm cheap I pressed on.
The rest of the assemble was relatively easy once the parts were bent. They fit together pretty well, not perfect but I think it will suffice.
Still waiting on Avery tools to send me my countersink bit so I can move forward with my wing spar. I am sure I will find some other things to do tomorrow.
This was before I drilled the pilot holes for the spar side.
