Brief Description: Continue AeroVee Engine Assembly

Bolt on ACV-P01-55 Maxi Oil Pump using M8 x 1.25 x 30 mm bolts (supplied 35 mm bolts are too long). Torque to 168 in/lbs. Install ACV-M01-11 RH Intake Elbow, -12 LH Intake Elbow. Permatex Aviation Form-A-Gasket #3, nuts & flat washers, to cylinder heads, torque to 168 in/lbs. (no torque indicated in manual !). Intake ports are square, cylinder head holes are round. Excellent port matching. NOT ! Bolt ACV-P01-15 x 2 Valve Cover to cylinder heads. Supplied 8 mm x 1.25 x 25 mm bolts are too short. Use 30 mm instead. Install engine on airframe. Remove exhaust manifold studs from cylinder heads. Temporarily mount ACV-E01-21 LH & RH Exhaust Manifold & ACV-M01-10 Intake Manifold Assembly to cylinder heads. Exhaust manifold bolt holes not tapped deep enought in the cylinder heads, retap same. New intake manifold silicon "reducers" are not reducers at all, they are the same size on both ends, and way too large for the intake manifold.
