Install / test fit ACV-P02-10 x2 Rhino Rocker Arm Assembly. Cut off cylinder head studs so they do not interfere with rocker arms. Cover engine with plastic, push stud up through plastic to protect engine from metal filings while cutting of each stud. Install 1 flat washer and 1 nut, cut studs off flush with nut. Frustration level rising again. Neither rocker arm assembly will fit over studs in the head. Ream out holes in mounting blocks, file down studs. It appears that the studs are not straight in head, and the holes in the mounting blocks are not drilled straight. In addition the rocker arms are not all the same width, making it difficult to get the correct spacing for rocker arm to valve stem alignment. Trial and error to get assembly spacing & height correct.
