Trim ACV-P01-41 .060" cylinder shims for right side barrels because the stud threaded inserts are too high.
Expand push rod tubes to free length of 8.5". Apply Permatex Aviation Form -a- Gasket #3 on both sides of shims, case & cylinder head. Install rght side shims, barrels, push rod tubes & cylinder heads, torque same to 84 in/lbs, 120 in/lbs, 216 in/lbs.
Repeat same for left side.
Installing the shims to the cylinder barrels & and not to the case for assembly seemed to work the best, no hassle getting the barrel through the shim and case, just have to hold the shim up so that it does not slide down the cylinder when installing it to the case.
