Insert new ACV-P01-58 Cam Bearings that I ordered from Sonex. This set has the double flanged thrust bearing. OEM part number information UNK, this info was cut off of the package by Sonex.
Re-insert camshaft into right crankcase, aligning timing marks on crankshaft / camshaft. Install left case (not bolted all of the way down) verify free rotation, OK.
Install ACV-F01-08 Flywheel assembly to crankshaft, measure crank end play gap. I see variations in the end gap, as measured with a feeler gauge per instruction manual, as I rotate the crank.
Extremes are approximately 180 degrees apart, and measure .046" to .053". For additional information see pages 142 & 143 of my written notes.
