Brief Description: Lower Aft Wing Skin

Remove W19-02R Lower Aft Wing Skin, debur inside holes. Debur holes on W16-01 thru -12 Aft Wing Ribs, W17-01 Root Rib Assembly, and W12-01 Rear Spar.
Drill #30, cleco then rivet W21-02R Bellcrank Assembly to W21-13, -14 Forward and Aft Vertical Channels, and W16-06 Aft Rib, uncleco same from W19-01 Upper Aft Wing Skin. Cleco W19-02R Lower Aft Wing Skin, and mark holes in W21-13, -14 Forward and Aft Vertical Channels.
Flip over W07-01R Wing Box (doesn't sound like much, but difficult to do by myself without damaging the skins).
