Brief Description: Lower Aft Skin Cover Plate

Rivet L-699-700 x 4 6-32 Nut Plates to retainment ring for W18-03 Cover Plate using SSC-32 flush rivets. Drill rivet holes to 3/32", ream / counter sink holes. Drill 5/32" W19-02R Lower Aft Wing Skin for 6-32 screws. Uncleco W19-02 Right Lower Aft Wing Skin, debur bottom side holes.
