Install W18-03 Cover Plate to W07-01R Wing Box. I am going to use 6-32 nut plates for this instead of sheet metal screws. I fabricated a 1" wide ring to mount the nut plates on, this is mounted under the wing skin and is secured in place when the cover plate is screwed down. In this manner I can remove the ring and replace it with a new one if the nut plates get damaged from removing the cover plate, avoiding damage to the wing skin. The replacement would be fabricated in 2 pieces though so it will fit through the hole.
